
PTC will provide an
initial review and report without cost or obligation. This will
highlight any potential savings available along with an indication
of fee scales. In order to compile the initial report as a minimum
we will require following details about the property / project:
Construction / Refurbishment Projects
• Detailed construction cost breakdown
• Construction specification / Employers requirements
• General arrangement drawings
• Details of costs outside the contract payments i.e. professional
fees, direct purchases
Property Acquisitions
• Purchase agreement
• Property valuation report / sales
• Any plan drawings
